Sipping for a Cure

We’re honored to welcome Cattlemen for Cancer Research (CCR) to Rising Sun Vineyard & Yegua Creek Brewery for Sipping for a Cure on Saturday, September 19.

Founded in 1999 by a group of Central Texans who wanted to help in the fight against cancer, Cattlemen for Cancer Research supports the mission of The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Funds raised by CCR help provide grant funding for researchers at the Michale E. Keeling Center for Comparative Medicine and Research and also support a patient assistance fund for people from Bastrop, Caldwell, Fayette, and Lee counties receiving treatment at MD Anderson Cancer Center.

That patient assistance helps families with expenses such as lodging, meals, and other costs associated with traveling to Houston for cancer treatment.

Come spend the day with us and help support this important work while enjoying:
