We’re driving straight to Hatch, New Mexico, to bring you the freshest green and red chiles of the season — roasted onsite or fresh to take home. This September, we’re making the road trip back home to Hatch, New Mexico, to hand-pick the freshest, most flavorful chiles at the peak of the season. We’ll load them up, bring them straight to McDade, and roast them onsite for our guests.

As New Mexico natives, these flavors are in our hearts (and our kitchen!) — and we love bringing that taste of home to our Texas vineyard, brewery, and restaurant.
